Oscietra Imperial

Oscietra caviar varies from amber to dark tones. Incredibly sensual, with a rare texture that rolls across the tongue in an explosion of nutty and seafood notes.

This is the most rare caviar you will find on the market, a mutation of the Asetra (Oscietre), with similar size and weight characteristics, reaching up to 85 kilograms in size.

The caviar is golden-coloured, and five to three millimetres in diameter. Its spherical form and soft taste resembles that of walnuts.
