Beluga caviar is large and delicate, grey-coloured and distinguished by its absolutely unmistakeable character. Its complex flavour lingers, setting it apart as one of the most exquisite culinary delicacies in the world.

It comprises large grains, between three and 3.5 millimetres, with a buttery, soft and sumptuous taste. The eggs come in different tones of grey, varying from dark to clear.
